Carl conceived the idea of Bodyworx as a best practices approach to lifelong health and fitness.  He was influenced by his personal experiences with athletics, weightlifting, yoga, and martial arts for nearly four decades.  Carl also learned what was most effective for his clients while using a wide variety of modalities to train them for over a decade.  The result is a flexible training system that worx for all ages and abilities.
